Greetings!
Building Campaign

Our church has exisisted for 27 years, and we have always been blessed to serve God. We have one purpose in serving God: to bring the lost to know Him, and to equip the saints to be better at this. We have always prayed and done our best in this.

This year, post-pandemic, we have been given a new vision: to build a building that would help us fulfil this purpose. We have committed to dedicate the future building to God's kingdom purposes.

Our plans (keeping all this in prayer) are

  • Church sanctuary, between 150-250sqm

  • Office that would also give space for a district office, and a Sunday school room which could be used during the week for a K12 school.

  • Training center for the non-traditional student
    • A curriculum that would be focused on missions and practical ministry, with classes that would run for one to two weeks. This would enable working people to take a leave of absence to participate in certain classes.
    • We have partnerships with Youth with a Mission (YWAM), Simply Mobilizing International (SMI), and Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI)
  • Parking Lot
    • At least 100sqm would be used for parking
The building would be available for other ministries to use, when not in use by our church. We would also host a monthly (and maybe more) event for pastors in the city.

Summer Kids Camp

Last week, the Sunday school department had a kids camp for church kids and their friends. A very successful and fun time: worship, prayer, teaching about worship, Bible stories, and games. The kids really enjoyed this time, and I was happy to see the teachers organize and pull off this fun event for the kids. We often have youth camps, so why not Kids camp?!
Kairos is a school sponsorship program that focuses on poor children who would otherwise not be able to attend school due to a variety of reasons. Although an independent ministry, many of the Kairos kids belong to our local church. This organization was started by pastor Andrew in 2016.

Students are going back to school this month. This year, school will be face to face, although some schools are doing a "blended classes", which means that they may have take home modules as well, and that they will go to school only 2 times a week.
